Class Schedule

Beginner Yoga, Level 1 Class:

This Hatha yoga class offers a nurturing environment for beginner yoga students to learn the foundations of yoga, increase flexibility & core strength, and calm the mind. Students will learn precise alignment principles in the asanas(poses), breathing techniques (pranayama), and the basic sun salutations, followed by a guided meditation to relieve stress and revitalize the spirit.  Please check my calendar for time, dates, and yoga studio location.

Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga Class:

This mixed level Vinyasa yoga class invites you to flow with your breath through sequences designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance, while deepening your connection between mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy an emphasis on precise alignment to allow advanced students to deepen their practice, and modifications for level 1 students to advance whilst honoring their limitations. As a yoga teacher, my goal is to help you learn to Calm your mind, nurture your body, and refresh your spirit. Please check my calendar for time, dates, and yoga studio location.

Private & Semi-private Classes:

I offer private or semi-private classes at your own home (within a 10 mile radius of Poway, CA) or in the yoga studio (times subject to studio availability). I teach Vinyasa yoga, Gentle, or Restorative yoga, Couples yoga, & Pilates classes, tailored to my clients’ individual needs.
