This mixed-level Vinyasa yoga class invites you to flow with your breath through sequences designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance while deepening your connection between mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy an emphasis on precise alignment to allow advanced students to deepen their practice and modifications for level 1 students to advance whilst honoring their limitations.
