I created ReIntegrative Yoga so that students with physical injuries or limitations have a means to build more strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Depending on each student’s need, props such as blankets, straps, blocks, and bolsters will be utilized to support physical reintegration. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and listen to the wisdom of their own bodies. Time will be spent on breath work and relaxation techniques to facilitate healing and rejuvenation.
