This moderately paced class focuses on attaining a safe, strong practice through good alignment techniques, breath control, and building physical strength and stability.

Classes begin with warm-up stretches to prevent injury, expand flexibility, and increase range of motion. Asanas (postures) are taught methodically through a step by step approach, incorporating modifications and props where appropriate.

Along with slow paced Sun Salutations, Hatha asanas are sequenced in a Vinyasa flow, with time spent teaching transitions from one posture to the next. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Yoga experience is not necessary.
