Slow things down mid-week in this mixed-level, outdoor evening class. You’ll be guided through deep stretches, Ujjay Pranayama (diaphragmatic breathing), moon salutations, and slow-flowing sequences to calm your mind and relax your body.
Then rest and rejuvenate in Savasana at sunset to release the day.
