Class Details

Where are classes held?

All classes are currently held outdoors under a 20’ x 20’ shaded pavilion with fresh air and physical distancing between students. Enjoy the spaciousness of practicing yoga surrounded by nature.

How many people are in each class?

Our classes are currently limited to 6 students per class to maintain social distancing.

What should I bring?

  • Yoga mat
  • Block
  • Foot strap
  • Water

How to book a class:

  1. In the Shop, Click on the class you’d like to take.
  2. Select the date you want to attend.
  3. Select the time you want to attend.
  4. Click “Book Now”.
  5. Fill in your billing & payment information (you will also need to either create an account or log into your existing account at this time).
  6. After payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

View/cancel your upcoming classes:

  1. Click here to log in to your Refresh Your Spirit Yoga account.
  2. In the menu on the left-hand side, select “Bookings” and you will see your confirmed bookings.
  3. If you need to cancel, simply hit the “cancel” button on the right-hand side of the class for which you want to cancel your booking.

Please note: bookings can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

5-Class Pass and 10-Class Pass options:

Our class passes are a great way to get a discount on your classes if you plan to attend at least 5 classes!

Buy Now, Book Later

This allows you to purchase 5 or 10 classes at a discount now, and then book one class at a time as you’re ready to take them, using your pass as a credit towards that booking.

  • Purchase the 5-class-pass or 10-class-pass through our shop.
  • After the payment is successfully processed, you will receive either 5 codes or 10 codes in your account. Please allow a few hours for this to take place.
  • Go to My Account > Orders > select the Class Pass order to view your codes.
  • Each time you are ready to book your next class, you may use one of your codes to zero out your balance due.
  • The # of codes available in your account is equivalent to the # of classes you have available before purchasing another class pass.

I purchased a class pass, but I do not see any coupons available in my account.

Before contacting us, please check these 3 items:

  1. Make sure it has been a few hours since you purchased your class pass. This allows time for your payment to be processed. Once the payment processes, your passes will show up in the account.
  2. Make sure you are logged into the account in which you purchased the passes. The class passes are credited to the same account they are purchased with, so you must be logged into that account before you can view/use your passes.
  3. Make sure you have a booking added to the cart. Only passes that are eligible to use for the booking you have selected will show up as an option. In other words, if you do not have anything in your cart, no passes will show up as available. As long as you have a booking selected in your cart, you can go to checkout and view your passes along the bottom of the cart area. You may also view your available passes by going to My Account > Coupons, again, as long as there is a booking in your cart.
